WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once your package leaves our warehouse, it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier. Please make sure your shipping address and details are correct before completing your order. We understand how important your purchase is and recommend using a secure delivery location whenever possible.


ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after business hours or during holidays will begin processing the following business day.


CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY & ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Mom Life will ship orders to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Please double-check your address before confirming your order.
Once a package has been shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or redirected.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS (U.S. ORDERS)

If Express Shipping is not selected, all standard orders will ship using Economy Processing.

USPS Economy Shipping

  • Orders process and ship within 7–10 business days of purchase.

  • Transit times vary depending on your shipping destination.

UPS Ground

  • Not an express option; transit times are not guaranteed by UPS.

  • Orders process and ship within 7–10 business days from our warehouse in Texas.

UPS 2nd Day Air*

  • Orders with this option will ship within 2 business days of purchase.

  • Weekends and holidays are not business days.

  • Express shipments will not arrive on Saturdays or Sundays — they’ll arrive the next available business day.

UPS Next Day Air*

  • Orders with this option will ship within 2 business days of purchase.

  • Weekends and holidays are not business days.

PRE-ORDER POLICY

Items listed as “PRE-ORDER” in the description will include an estimated ship date, which may change based on production timelines and supplier availability.

Please note:

  • Pre-order items cannot be expedited.

  • If express shipping is selected for a pre-order item, it will ship via the chosen express method once the item becomes available.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We want our community of moms worldwide to enjoy Mom Life, so we offer reliable international shipping through DHL — chosen for their global reach, consistency, and high-quality service.

Please note that all international sales are final.

We currently ship to over 190 countries worldwide. The list of available countries will appear in the checkout dropdown.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.
Delivery times are determined by the carrier and may vary depending on customs clearance, local postal services, or other factors beyond our control.

While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, please understand that unforeseen delays can occur — especially during busy seasons.

Shipping Costs & Customs Duties

Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination, the selected shipping method, and the weight and size of your package.

Order Processing & Tracking

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can track your package directly through momlifehats.com or via the carrier’s website.

Returns & Exchanges

All international orders are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Return shipping costs, customs fees, and any import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
